How We Work & Pricing

Simple, transparent, packaged.

We price on access, complexity and business impact — not discounted hours. Start with a fixed-fee first step, move to a project fee for defined work, and settle into a monthly retainer for ongoing coordination. All prices are quoted in GBP and USD; ranges below are indicative and confirmed in your proposal.

How we work

Three phases. One named senior throughout.

Phase 0 — Clarity

A short, fixed-fee scoping and diagnostic that produces a defensible go/no-go and a costed plan. The cheapest possible first decision.

Phase 1 — Build

Structure, registrations, partner identification, first hires, supplier onboarding and first revenue. Retainer-based, typically 6–12 months.

Phase 2 — Represent & scale

Ongoing representation and value capture — M&A and JV coordination, scaling, government contracting — on retainer plus, where relevant, success fees.
